- āśraya-ālambana
- the receptacle of love for Kṛṣṇa, the bhaktas. This is an aspect of vibhāva, one of the five essential ingredients of rasa. Although the word āśraya also conveys the same meaning as āśraya-ālambana, it may often be used in the general sense of shelter or support. The word āśraya-ālambana, however, is specifically used to indicate the receptacle of prema as one of the necessary ingredients of rasa. It is not used in any other sensesee vibhāva
